G5 is a name known internationally for deep tissue massage and cosmetic benefits for those wanting to improve the contour of the skin. The G5 machine has a variety of applicator heads, which when applied gyrate and vibrate providing a variety of different massage techniques.  It improves circulation aiding lymphatic flow and thus improves the appearance of cellulite and breaks down adipose tissue and stubborn fatty deposits. It is good for thighs, hips and buttocks. It also exfoliates the skin leaving it silky and smooth. For best results, a course of 10 over a six week period is recommended. Prices are  £25 per session or £125 for a course of 6 or £225 for a course of 10.

Hopi Ear Candling, or Thermo Auricular Therapy as it is also known, can be used to treat many conditions of the ear, nose and throat area.
The candles work by vapourising their ingredients once lit, causing convectional air flow towards the first chamber of the ear. The candle creates a mild suction which lets the vapours gently massage the eardrum and auditory canal. Once the candle is placed in the ear it forms a seal which enables wax and other impurities to be drawn out of the ear.
